1. Who we are

goout.ro ("the site") is owned and operated by its owner ("goout.ro", "we"), based in Bucharest, Romania. goout.ro, through its owner, is responsible for the site. You can reach us at contact@goout.ro.

2. What the site is

goout.ro is an independent guide to platforms, communities and events in Bucharest where people meet in person. The site is in an early stage and its content is being added gradually.

We do not organize, host or sell tickets to any event. We are not affiliated with the organizers we describe unless a page says so.

3. Information on the site

We describe organizers and events using publicly available information and write the descriptions ourselves. Dates, prices, availability and conditions can change without notice. Always confirm the details with the organizer before you go or pay.

Links lead to websites and apps run by other people. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or what happens when you use them.

4. Your use of the site

You may browse the site and share links to it freely. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated bulk copying of its content, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.

5. Reviews and other contributions

The site does not accept reviews yet. When it does, these terms will be updated with the rules for submitting them, including how reviews are checked and how to report one.

6. Organizers

If you run a platform or event described here and want a listing corrected or removed, write to us at contact@goout.ro. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and the goout.ro name belong to the operator. Names and trademarks of organizers belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on the site, from events you attend, or from third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Romanian or European Union law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers can also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro).
