1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is goout.ro, through its owner, based in Bucharest, Romania. Contact: contact@goout.ro. On request, we will give you the owner's identification details so you can exercise your rights.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information. Please do not include it in your message.
3. Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, protects it and forwards email sent to contact@goout.ro to our mailbox.
- Google (Gmail) provides the mailbox where messages are read.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, using safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. Cookies
goout.ro does not set cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from a third party. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell real visitors from automated attacks; these do not need consent.
If this changes, this page will be updated and consent will be asked where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
6. Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
7. Changes
We will update this notice as the site develops, for example when reviews are introduced. The date at the top shows the latest version.
